All the various ways a user can extract data from TAMI.
TAMI users have multiple ways of exporting data from TAMI.
First thing to consider is the way you wish to export.
Will you be exporting to CRM or to an Excel/CSV file?
If the export destination is CRM. Please ensure you have added the CRM integration. Please lookup the article on your chosen CRM for more details on installation. Your account admin must setup your CRM and users on the account will need to connect.
If you choose to export via Excel/CSV, it is advised you setup your export template/report format. Please find more info on this here.
Regardless of the export type, TAMI has various screens that give you the option to export.
Exporting Option 1
List builder - Results Screen - Company View:
Once your search has been returned, you can export directly from the results screen. Ensure you have ticked the leads you want or select all. This option is on the left. Once selected, move to the drop down on the right to choose your export type.
Tool Tip - If your search yields large results, it is recommended to add the companies or contacts to a list before export as it is easier to manage your export.
When exporting from the company view, it is a good idea to apply contact filters. This will ensure TAMI provides relevant contacts in your export.
List Builder - Results Screen - Contact View:
Users can toggle between different results views depending on their preference. Regardless of view, users can export via drop down in the top right. Once again, it is a good idea to apply contact filters to help keep results to a manageable number.
Exporting Option 2
My Lists - Companies
First, add companies or contacts to a list. You can build a new list or add the leads to an existing list.
Click View My List or click the My Lists Tab to locate your list.
In the List View, you have a number of options.
You can rerun your original search criteria to generate the list.
You can also sort your list, bulk ignore or remove leads and share your list with other TAMI users. You can export to CRM/CSV/Excel in the top right. Ensure leads are selected on the right before export.
Please note, when contact lists are built their is a slightly different view.
My Lists - Contacts
Users can decide what contacts to support based on the contacts email status.
Selecting the email status allows you to select an export option, refresh contacts, add contacts to a new list or remove the contacts entirely.
On the far right, you can refresh all contacts and export all contacts. Refreshing may take some time. Pleas wait for the loading bar to complete.
