Preferred Titles Setup

Setup your target audience.

Preferred Titles allow users to create a custom template audience, so when you export from TAMI, you receive decision makers from within your buyer persona. Please note, this is only relevant to company lists. If you create a people least, this functionality is not required, as you have already selected the contacts you will export.

To setup preferred titles all you need to do is navigate to "Settings" > "Preferred Titles":

Once within the "Preferred Titles" area all you need to do is select "Create new preferred title"

Once selected you will be able to complete the below form to specify the contacts you would like to target:

The first field allows you to name your tittle audience. This will be seen when you go to export your data.

Job Titles - this field allows you to use key words that you want in your decision makers job title. You can be as specific or general as you wish. For example, if you must speak to Head of Operations only, then apply the full job tittle. If you are flexible you can add just "operations" as a keyword and TAMI will return

Departments - this field allows you to select a contact department. This can be used on it's own or combined with the Job Titles field above. Every contact in TAMI's database is assigned a department based on their job title.

Tool Tip - Users can apply the pre-fix in the Job Title with the department of interest in the Department Filter like below.

Contact Level - select for the sonority of the contacts you require. Please note, C-Level includes titles in senior positions like director, head of, VP of etc. Not just chief of.

Countries- refers to the country where you want the contacts to be from. You may run a search for US companies, but you want to speak to their UK staff, then you would select UK below.

The Contact Toggle at the bottom of the form allows you to have the option that if in the event TAMI is unable to find the contacts you are directly looking for TAMI will then top these up with the next relevant c-level contact.

Once completed and your preferred title is saved you will now be able to selected your preferred title when exporting a Company List to file or CRM.
