Salesforce Exports

Guide on the different ways you can export from TAMI to Salesforce

Within TAMI there are multiple different ways you can export into your Salesforce, these are:

  • List builder at a company level

  • List builder at a contact level

  • Company details

  • People search

Company details

People search

Exporting from the "List Builder" at a company level:

Select the companies you wish to export:

2. Select "Export Companies"

3. Select "Export to Salesforce"

4. Click "Export"

5. Select "View my Export":

6. Your Company export is completed:

Exporting from the "List Builder" at a contact level:

  1. Select the contacts you wish to export:

  2. Once selected go to "Export Contacts"

  3. Click "Export to Salesforce":

Once selected go to "Export Contacts"

Click "Export to Salesforce":

4. Select if you would like to export as a "Lead" or as a "Contact"

Please note that hybrid exporting will need to be enabled if you wish to be able to select the export type as a "lead" or "contact". Please start a live chat if you wish to discuss this further.

5. Select the "Email Status" you wish to export and if you would like to include mobile numbers:

7. Click "View My Export"

8. Export is now completed:

Exporting contacts from the "Company Details"

  1. Select the company you wish to export contact from by clicking the logo:

    2. You will then be brought the company overview page, where you can navigate to the "Contacts" tab:

    3. Once on the "Contacts" tab you can filter and select the relevant contacts you wish to export:

4. Once selected you can navigate to "Export Contacts":

5. Select "Export to Salesforce"

6. Select if you want to export the contact as a "Lead" or as a "Contact":

7. Select the email address status you would like to export and if you would like the mobile number:

8. Select "Export":

9. Select "Finish" once your export has finished.

10. Once exported you can then select "Contact" to view the contact or lead in your Salesforce.

Exporting from the "People Search"

  1. Apply the relevant filters to find the contacts you wish to export:

2. Select the contacts you want to export:

3. Select "Export Contacts"

4. Select "Export to Salesforce"

5. Choose if you would like to export as a "Lead or as a "Contact". You can also select the emails status's and if you would like mobile numbers for the contacts selected.

6. Once completed you can then select "Export"

7. Your export is now complete and can be found in Salesforce.
