CRM Functionality in the TAMI Plugin

For Salesforce/HubSpot users, users will be able to export directly to CRM. If the contact or company is a duplicate record, users can choose how they want the export to be handled.

You can export directly to CRM if the contact does not exist. This export will adhere to your account administrators settings. AKA create the record as a lead or contact/account.

If the company record already exists, you will see it highlighted on the plugin under the company name. If the contact exists as a lead or account/contact, this will be seen at the bottom of the plugin. If users do export the record to CRM, they will be provided with an option to append the data to the record that exists or create a duplicate.

If the record exists already in the CRM, it will be shown in the plugin like below.

View in Salesforce hyperlinks to the existing record in the CRM.

What if TAMI can't find or recognise the company or contact I am viewing?

In the event a contact or company record can not be identified by TAMI's plugin, it is most likely due to a company being missing from our database. The action of looking it up on TAMI will trigger a download of that company. The user will receive a notification once found and migrated via a notification in app and also an email from the system. This typically takes a few minutes. if your download takes longer, please reach out to your CS manager or contact support@tami.co.uk for assistance.
