TAMI's GDPR Functionality

If you need to restrict the contact data you want you team to access TAMI's GDPR tool can help you restrict country by country.

To set this up in your TAMI account please ensure you are the App Admin.

1. Navigate the "Settings" area within TAMI:

2. Select "GDPR":

3. You can then click either "Add a new country" or "Add a new region" field depending on the requirements.

Here you can select the countries you want to have either "Email" or "Mobile" restrictions on. You can also select "View Legislation" to get a deeper dive on the GDPR law for that country from DLA piper.

The countries or regions with restrictions in place will be highlighted on the map in purple.

Any restrictions setup here will be in both our webapp and plugin and will be at a contact level.

4. Click "Save" once you have added in the relevant countries or regions and set the relevant permissions.

5. All done, it may take a few moments but you have now successfully restricted the countries or regions selected.

You can amend this at any time.
